Who doesn't love pure honey? It is a totally natural product with a unique flavor, so prized throughout millennia that it was given as a special gift to impress (such as in Genesis 43:11), and it is produced the same way today: by honeybees from the flower nectar they collect. When drizzled over warm buttered biscuits, cornbread or crusty popovers, it takes the flavor straight to a 10! In this simple two-ingredient recipe, you whip honey with softened butter for a spread that lets you skip the buttering step.
