These beautiful little Blueberry Cheesecake Tarts hit all three categories! They only take about 15 minutes to put together, thanks to a few optional shortcuts. You can use vanilla wafers, one in each muffin cup, to make a bottom crust. The cheesecake filling only has five ingredients that you cream together, and then they bake for just 15-20 minutes. The decadent blueberry topping is as quick and easy as opening a bottle of our Blueberry, Blueberry Amaretto or Blueberry Maple Syrup and pouring a little on each one. They look spectacular and taste even better!
