All you need are fresh shiitakes with the stems removed, plus butter and seasoning. Garlic salt brings out the meaty flavor but Cajun seasoning like Tony Cachere's adds a kick that we love. These only take minutes to prepare and cook so they are great for a quick meal, and if you saute them instead of cooking on the grill, you have no wait time for the grill to get hot.
