1 cup flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Sift together the flour, cornmeal, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat together the egg and milk, then add with the butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well, then add blueberries. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes, until top feels slightly firm.
