1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk or 2 % milk
Splenda or sweetener to taste
1 tsp Vanilla
Strawberries or raspberries for garnish
Place the frozen blueberries in a cup and pour the milk over them. Add sweetener if desired, and vanilla. The berries freeze the milk, so it becomes a delicious ice cream-like frozen slush. Only 60 calories! (You can use 2% milk instead of the almond milk, which brings the calories up to 105.)
